This exhibition consists of a video work and several paintings derived from it. The video tells a semi-fictional story that presents the protagonist’s imagined experience of believing that she is being followed by an ocean current after undergoing surgery.

Signs emerge and intertwine following the traces of the current, becoming increasingly difficult to describe with precision. Energy flows across different scales, from larger to smaller, ultimately dissipating as heat.

This barely perceptible difference in temperature gives rise to countless moments of misreading, until the boundary between reality and imagination slips into invisibility.
