Yao Qingmei: The Burrow

Outside of Building 7’s northeast corner
There is a hawthorn tree here.
I watched her fruit grow,
Turning from green to red,
and then all gone.
The willow branches that suddenly pass by are the most vivid.
But they’re not supposed to be there.
They are blocking the shot.
They need to be trimmed.
They are cropped out.
